•    It officially passed British Standards Institution BSI ISO9002 international quality certification in May 1998, forging ahead to high-quality products.

•    It established office in Zhuhai in Jun 1998.

•    It established office in Shenzhen in Jul 1999.

•    UTX Shanghai Minhang Company expanded and established plants in Jun 2001

•    UTX Dongguan Company promoted ISO 9001:2000 quality system in Jun 2001

•    UTX established Dongguan Qishi Sinyu Electron Product Plant in Dec 2001

•    UTX passed ISO 9001:2000 international quality accreditation of UKAS in Jul 2002

•    UTX established bonded warehouse at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Area in Feb 2003

•    In Jun 2004, Kunshan Yudian new industrial park (covering an area of 55,800m2) began construction, and its two plants respectively achieved volume production by stages in Aug 2005 and Mar 2006. It is the main investment of UTX in East China: 300 million outputs each month makes it become the leading one in industry, perfect industry chain investment shall completely achieve internal supporting of main materials, and international-level capacitor lab shall be beneficial for guaranteeing product quality. Compounded by the passing of ISO 14000, it shall become a big manufacturing base for green and environmental-friendly products. Its construction shall lay a solid leading position for UTX in industry across the world.
